What does holistic health mean?
To me personally, health means so much more than just the absence of disease. I see health as a holistic lifestyle that considers the whole person, including each area of life that contributes to overall health and happiness.
My mission is to empower and help people change their lives and nourish themselves in many ways.
So you can feel your best and live the life of your dreams.
My approach in holistic health coaching has three pillars.
Integrative
Optimal health sometimes requires a blend of conventional and alternative modalities that work together to maintain wellness and heal and prevent illness in mind, body, and spirit.
Multidimensional
Health is holistic and extends into all aspects of the individual – from your physical body to your mental health and felt emotions to your deepest spiritual needs. These aspects of health – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual – are interconnected and influence one another in many ways along the journey to whole-person health.
Bio-Individual
Everyone has different needs and is unique in what supports their individual health and happiness. These needs will change over time, so continually adjusting your approach to health and lifestyle is necessary.

You are what you eat. The physical food you eat has a huge impact on your overall wellbeing. It doesn´t have to be complicated and expensive though. Whole foods definitely can be delicious!
The right diet for you can help with hormonal balance, weight loss and reversing conditions such as hypertension or diabetes. And many more.
Together we will explore ways on how to improve your diet.

I have managed teams, hired employees and been through difficult hiring processes myself. Leading difficult negotiations for my company and myself were a daily task. I have mentored many women successfully throughout my career during hiring processes and salary negotiatons.
