If it is a YES from both of us we will get started:
extensive intake form
health history session
regular sessions in which we will review your experiences, track your progress and determine your next steps
Depending on the areas you wish to work on I will incorporate different methods:
yoga therapy
meditation
embodiment practices
breathwork
homework in between sessions
and more
6 or 12 week program
health history analysis
weekly coaching session (60 min)
online or in person
recipe and workout inspiration
educational material and recommendations
homework in between sessions

WhatsApp support throughout the whole program
one follow up session (30 min)
