What does the process look like?

  • free orientation call to get to know each other

  • explore your questions and expectations

  • see if we are a great fit

If it is a YES from both of us we will get started:

  • extensive intake form

  • health history session

  • regular sessions in which we will review your experiences, track your progress and determine your next steps

Depending on the areas you wish to work on I will incorporate different methods:

  • yoga therapy

  • meditation

  • embodiment practices

  • breathwork

  • homework in between sessions

  • and more

6 or 12 week program

  • health history analysis

  • weekly coaching session (60 min)

  • online or in person

  • recipe and workout inspiration

  • educational material and recommendations

  • homework in between sessions

  • process tracking

  • WhatsApp support throughout the whole program

  • one follow up session (30 min)
